Training & Nutrition Packages

A KICK START

The  Kick Start is designed to kick start your nutritional and exercise habits to help improve your health and fitness.  Suitable for those wanting to shed a dress size, feel invigorated and slip back into your old self, more suitable if your looking to lose 5 to 12 kgs.

It is a 15 week commitment with the option to end or continue the program once you have attended your 30 sessions.  We commence you on the 3 week Ultra Lite Detox.  During this time you will also attend 2/45 minute personal training sessions per week. (Possibly three if your schedule allows).

This includes a weekly consult to be weighed, measured and to discuss your program.  How you are feeling?  What improvements you can see.  Discuss any concerns you may have. The weekly consults include a Body Composition, which measures your Body Fat percentage, Lean Muscle Mass and your hydration levels.  The Body composition is a great motivation as the scales are not a true indication to your improvements and body changes.

All your sessions will be with a qualified Cert 4 Personal Trainer.  All of your sessions are held indoors in the privacy of the Essential Body Studio.  The studio is not available to public view.  You may at times have to share the studio with one other client and their PT.

WEEKLY COMMITMENT

  • ·        2 or 3 one on one 45 min personal training sessions or regular attendance of the Foundation Membership
  • ·        Weekly Ultra Lite consultations

INCLUDES

  • ·        Ultra Lite 3 Week Health and Weight Management Program
  • ·        30 x 45 min one on one personal training sessions or choose 3 months of the Foundation Membership
  •        3 Body Compositions

A LIFE STYLE BOOST

The Life Style Boost is designed to change your nutritional and exercise habits to help improve your health and fitness similar to the Kick Start Package.  This package is more suitable for those looking for great weight loss, possibly 15 kgs or more.

This is a 15 week commitment with the option to end or continue the program once you have attended your 30 sessions.  We commence you on the 3 week Ultra Lite Detox.  During this time you will also attend 2/45 minute personal training sessions per week. (Possibly three if your schedule allows).  Or you may choose the Foundation Membership, a women’s only group personal training.

Once the 3 week detox is completed, you will commence the 5 week Ultra Lite program and still continue to attend 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week.
